Our Return Policy

If you aren't completely satisfied with the look or fit of your switch plates, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Includes all screws and mounting hardware.
  • Note: Custom or bulk commercial orders (50+ units) are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

  1. Visit our Returns Portal.
  2. Enter your Order # and Email Address.
  3. Select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
  4. Drop off the package at any USPS location.
Refund Note: A flat rate of $6.00 will be deducted from your refund for the use of our prepaid return label. If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged), this fee is completely waived.

Returns FAQ

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing. The credit will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Can I exchange for a different finish?
The fastest way to exchange is to initiate a return for the original item and immediately place a new order for the item you want. This ensures the new item doesn't go out of stock while we process your return.
What if my item arrived damaged?
Please email a photo of the damaged item to support@lightswitchcover.us within 48 hours. Do not return broken glass/ceramic items; we will send a replacement immediately.
