Delivery Methods

We ship all orders from our studio in Austin, Texas. Orders placed before 12 PM CST typically ship the same business day. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your label is created.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also view the status of your order in your Account Dashboard.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we ship via USPS which delivers to all PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
My package is lost/stolen.
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you can't find it, please wait 24 hours as USPS sometimes marks items early. If it still hasn't arrived, please contact us immediately.
